1) How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-

  • To Order:

           Click "Add to Cart" button on the products you wish to purchase.

  • ​​To Check your Order:

           Click "Shopping Cart" button on the right top display 

  • To Pay Order:
  1. Click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  2. Llog in your account using your Username and Password. (If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment)
  3. Fill "Shipping Address" on the page and click Continue to Shipping Method 
  4. Select "Payment Method" : Via Credit Card or Online Banking Transfer
  5. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
2) What are the payment methods available?

 Ebaza.com.my offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-

 Via Ipay88 (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking) 

 If you receive the confirmation Email from Ipay88, wait for receiving your order whithin 3-4 working days.


 Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation Email from Payment gateway.

3) How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
4I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
5Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?  Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

 - Please send an email to our customers service email at askme@ebaza.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. Send a whatApp message to 011-61212407 to make sure we received your Email.

 - Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
6What is the product's transaction currency?  All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit.
7How long does the delivery usually takes?  Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 4 working days. But we try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible.
