Dakbal (Spicy Korean Chicken Feet)

The more you eat, the more addictive you are! This amazing appetizer doesn't have much meat to it, but it is packed with complex flavor. The spiciness and sweetness of this well-seasoned chicken feet can definetely make it an ideal snack for friend gatherings.
 

DAKBAL (SPICY KOREAN CHICKEN FEET)

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  • 500 gm kaki ayam (bersihkan)

  • 1 sudu kecil garam

  • air secukupnya

  • 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)

  • 2 inci halia (cincang halus)

  • 2 sudu besar kicap lemak manis

  • 2 sudu besar gula batu

  • 2 sudu besar Korean Chili Flakes @hexafood

  • 1 sudu besar sos tiram

  • 1 bunga lawang

  • 1 kulit kayu manis

  • 1 kiub ayam

  • 1 sudu besar cuka

  • 1 sudu besar bijan putih


Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Basuh bersih kaki ayam. Gaul dengan garam, perap 10 minit. Bilas sampai bersih, toskan.

  2. Masukkan 4 cawan air kedalam periuk. Masukkan kaki ayam dan rebus sampai air tinggal separuh.

  3. Masukkan semua bahan lain kecuali bijan putih. Kacau dan rebus sehingga kuah kering dan kaki ayam empuk. Boleh tambah air jika kaki ayam belum empuk.

  4. Bila dah masak, tutup api. Hidangkan dengan taburan bijan putih.

韩式辣鸡脚

所需食材:

  • 500 克鸡腿(干净)
  • 1 茶匙盐
  • 充足的水
  • 2瓣大蒜(切碎)
  • 2 英寸姜(切碎)
  • 2 汤匙甜酱油
  • 2 汤匙冰糖
  • 2 汤匙 HEXA韩式辣椒碎
  • 1 汤匙蚝油
  • 1 颗八角
  • 1 个肉桂皮
  • 1 颗鸡精块
  • 1 大匙醋
  • 1 大匙白芝麻

 

烹饪方式:

  1. 首先,将鸡腿洗净。加盐拌匀,腌制10分钟。冲洗干净,沥干。
  2. 4 杯水倒入锅中。加入鸡腿,煮至水剩一半。
  3. 加入除白芝麻外的所有其他配料。搅拌并煮沸,直到肉汁变浓稠,鸡腿变软。如果鸡腿还不嫩,可以继续加水。
  4. 煮熟后关火。撒上白芝麻即可食用。
  5. 开胃的辣鸡脚就可以上桌啦!
