所需材料:
- 虾
- 玉米淀粉
- 油
- 黄油
- 2 个蛋黄。
- 蒜
- 辣椒
- 咖喱叶

- HEXA 火爆香辣汤调味粉
烹饪方式:
- 首先,将虾与玉米粉混合均匀。
- 然乎,炸至酥脆。
- 炸好后,把虾取出来并沥干多余油份。
- 在平底锅内,加热黄油和油。
- 将蛋黄倒入热锅中,用打蛋器快速搅拌。
- 将大蒜、米辣椒和咖喱爆香。
- 加入刚才炸好的虾。
- 最后加入火爆香辣汤调味粉和咸蛋粉。
