Bru cuba Black Garlic ni, sedapp la. Saya buat sup ikan tambah black garlic
When cooked in soup, the flavor had a slight sourness, but with the addition of meat and red dates, the taste was fine. The kids could accept it as well. Using it for soup should be okay. I haven’t seen anyone share other ways of cooking it.

Sy selalu buat overnight oat je, tapi barley fitplus ni lagi sedap dr oat biasa and lagi kenyang lama.
Terbaekk hexa buat produk ni, boleh bantu ramai individu yang nak lose weight.
Oat dan Barley flakes tu bukan sahaja ada kepingan Barley tapi ada kekacang dan buah cranberry kering. Best dan tak rasa mual kalau nak ambik setiap hari. Saya biasa consume dgn susu, kadang jadikan granola mkn dgn yogurt

Monk fruit sweetener ni sesuai untuk minuman dan masakan.
Chicken breast powder ok rasa sgt pure sesuai untuk masuk dalam bubur. Boleh buat bebola ayam.
Bau cinnamon stick tu sedap. Mestilah tak sama macam kat kedai runcit punya. Sedap pulak rendam dengan air panas lepastu minum macamtu jee..
Size kecil memang tak cukup. Tomyam powder ni tak sama macam instant tomyam powder/cube dekat market. Rasa tomyam lagi pekat. Lagi banyak, lagi kick rasa tomyam.
Pedas just nice, anak kecil boleh makan. Sesuai untuk pasta dan powder boleh salut dengan kerepek tak hanyir.
Saya dah cuba pada minuman dan masakan. Saya suka rasanya, tidak meninggalkan rasa pahit. Kecil dan mudah di bawa kemana-mana sahaja
