When cooked in soup, the flavor had a slight sourness, but with the addition of meat and red dates, the taste was fine. The kids could accept it as well. Using it for soup should be okay. I haven’t seen anyone share other ways of cooking it.

Oat dan Barley flakes tu bukan sahaja ada kepingan Barley tapi ada kekacang dan buah cranberry kering. Best dan tak rasa mual kalau nak ambik setiap hari. Saya biasa consume dgn susu, kadang jadikan granola mkn dgn yogurt
