Tak kisah laa guna method tepung-telur-tepung atau bancuh tepung, celup ayam then salut tepung kering atau terus salut tepung kering atau bancuh tepung mcm bater, celup ayam then terus goreng. Mana mana method pun, ayam tetap garing diluar juicy didalam. Dan rasa tepung tu sedikit masin tapi sedap.
Salted egg HEXA ni best. Sedap buat sotong masak salted egg!
Erymaze ni bagus sangat. Sebab dia sugar substitute yang memang bagus untuk obesity. Letak sikit je pon dah rasa manis macam gula.

Firstime saya letak salted egg powder dalam dumpling, rasa agak creamy tapi tak muak. if dalam isi tak letak garam maybe boleh masukkan dlm 2 sudu salted egg powder tu utk perasakan filling. Rempah Sichuan Mala saya tambah utk bagi rasa pedas kebas sikit sebab dumpling filling yg tak pedas mana best kan? overall its a good match

Saya lebih suka buat minuman sebagai pengganti gula, sbb tak manis macam gula biasa tu.
