Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  • 1genggam Kacang Tana

  • 100gram Glass Noodl

  • 1sb Sichuan Mala Sauce @hexafood

  • 500ml Air

  • 6-8biji Cendawan Shiitake

  • Garam secukupnya

 

Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Kacang tanah digoreng (dengan minyak atau tanpa minyak pun boleh). Glass noodle direbus hingga lembut.

  2. Masukkan sos ke dalam periuk dan tambah air. Bila mendidih masukkan cendawan shiitake dan perasakan dengan garam jika perlu

 

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  • Jus lemon secukupnya

  • 6-8 tangkai Daun Ketumbar

 

Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Bila kuah sudah masak, perah jus lemon secukupnya. Hidangkan bersama glass noodle, kacang tanah & daun ketumbar.

所需食材:

    • 1 把花生
    • 100 克玻璃面条
    • 1 汤匙 HEXA四川麻辣酱
    • 500 毫升水
    • 6-8 颗香菇
    • 足够的盐

 

准备方法:

  1. 首先,在锅内翻炒花生(有油或无油都可以)。
  2. 然后,将玻璃面条煮至软,过凉水以确保面条有弹性,并搁置在一旁。
  3. 接下来,将麻辣酱放入锅中,加入水。煮沸时,加入香菇,浅尝并根据个人口味加入适当的盐调味。

 

所需食材:

    • 足够的柠檬汁
    • 6-8 根香菜

 

准备方法

  1. 酱汁煮熟后,挤入足够的柠檬汁。
  2. 把煮好的玻璃面条放入碗中,加入刚才煮好的酱汁,花生和香菜。
  3. 热辣辣的有嚼劲的酸辣粉就做好啦!
