HEXA Siberian Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is produced by the Siberian Kaluga Hybrid in Malaysia. Siberian Kaluga Hybrid is fine-grained caviar recognized for its pure, elegant flavor and exquisite length which is both fine and clear. Colors range from black/grey all the way to black/brown tones.

Siberian Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is native to the Caspian Sea and the surrounding rivers but can now be found on many continents, being farmed under the same exact conditions. This traditional delicacy is the color of jet and carbon and inside each slick grain is a sparkling diamond of ripe flavors and notes of fruit.

HEXA Caviar is a delicacy consisting of the salt-cured roe of the Acipenseridae family. Caviar is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or a spread. It is defined as salty, non-fertilized fish eggs from paddlefish or sturgeon, black caviars are highly regarded by culinary enthusiasts the world over.

Storage & Shelf-life

This product is sensitive to temperature hence must be refrigerated upon receipt. An unopened Caviar tin can last up to 2months if the temperature is maintained at 2ºC. Better to consume within 3days after opening the tin.
