PERI-PERI BEEF LOADED FRIES
Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

½ paket Jalapeno Cheese Sauce Powder HEXA (bancuh dengan air panas hingga menjadi sos)
-
2 keping daging burger (Carik carikkan)
-
1 sudu besar Peri-peri seasoning HEXA
-
1 sudu kecil Onion Powder HEXA
-
1 sudu kecil Garlic Powder HEXA
-
1 sudu besar + 1/3 cawan olive oil
-
½ cawan air
-
2 cawan fries
-
½ cawan mozzarella cheese (parut)
Cara-cara menyediakan:

Masukkan daging burger carik, peri-peri seasoning, garlic & onion powder dan olive oil dalam pan. Buka api dan kacau sehingga garing.

Masukkan air, kacau sampai masak sekata dan kering. Tutup api.

Masukkan fries dan 1/3 cawan olive oil dalam air fryer. Masak sehingga fries garing.
-
Masukkan fries yg garing dalam loyang. Letak peri peri beef atas fries. Ratakan jalapenos cheese sauce dan akhir sekali tabor mozzarella cheese.

Bakar sekejap dalam oven yang dah dipanaskan. Suhu 200’c api atas sahaja selama 5 minit.

Siap untuk dhidang, makan panas-panas.

現炸馬鈴薯條，加入马苏里拉奶酪、墨西哥辣椒調味，再加入慢燉牛肉肉醬，完美的美式風味，每一口都能感受薯條的酥脆口感，唰嘴好吃又開胃，是每桌比不可少的开胃菜！
PERI-PERI 薯条芝士牛肉酱
所需食材：
- ½ 包墨西哥芝士酱粉 HEXA（与热水混合直至变成酱汁）
- 2 块汉堡肉（切丝）
- 1 汤匙 HEXA Peri-peri 调味料
- 1 茶匙洋葱粉 HEXA
- 1 茶匙大蒜粉 HEXA
- 1 大匙 + 1/3 杯橄榄油
- ½ 杯水
- 2 杯薯条
- ½ 杯马苏里拉奶酪（磨碎）
准备方法：
- 首先，将汉堡肉丝、peri-peri 调味料、大蒜和洋葱粉和橄榄油放入锅中。开火并搅拌至干。
- 然后，加入水，搅拌直至均匀和浓稠，关火。
- 将薯条和 1/3 杯橄榄油放入空气炸锅，至薯条变脆。
- 将炸好的薯条放入锅中。将刚才的peri peri牛肉放在薯条上。撒上墨西哥奶酪酱，最后撒上马苏里拉奶酪。
- 在预热好的烤箱里烤一会儿。顶火温度为 200'c，仅持续 5 分钟。
- 热腾腾的薯条就出炉啦，趁热吃！
