Salted Egg Butter Chicken

This is not an ordinary recipe! This is a fried chicken recipe that’s bursting in flavour. It is also such an easy dish to prepare, made with minimal steps and also minimal ingredient. Luscious and golden yellow, the bright colour of salted egg yolk is one that opens our eyes and appetite once the rich salted egg yolk sauce is coated with the crispy chicken. 
 

Salted Egg Butter Chicken 

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan :

  • 1 pack HEXA Salted Egg Sauce

  • 1 sb butter

  • Chicken popcorn (digoreng tepung)

  • Daun kari segenggam

  • Cili padi

  • Bawang Putih

  • 1 kotak Susu cair/Cooking Cream

  • HEXA Coarsed Black Pepper

  • Tepung Goreng


Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Salut ayam popcorn dengan air dan telur kemudian tepung goreng.

  2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan chicken popcorn dan goreng hingga garing. Angkat dan ketepikan

  3. Panaskan kuali dengan mentega, tumiskan bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari sampai wangi.

  4. Masukkan susu cair/cooking cream.
  5. Seterusnya, masukkan HEXA Salted Egg Sauce dan kacau sebentar.
  6. Tambah HEXA Coarsed Black Pepper.
  7. Kemudian, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tepung tadi.
  8. Kacau sampai pekat sedikit.
  9. Siap dan sedia untuk dihidangkan!

下饭神器莫过于咸蛋君也!这奶香浓郁且甜而不腻的黄金咸蛋黄,配上刚炸好的炸鸡,外酥里嫩,一口下去,满满的咸蛋酱在嘴里化开,伴随着鸡肉的酥嫩鲜甜,加上咖喱叶和小米辣的香气,配上2碗饭也不过分!
 

浓郁奶油咸蛋鸡

所需材料:

  • 1 HEXA咸蛋酱
  • 1 大匙黄油
  • 鸡肉爆米花- 用面粉炸
  • 大蒜
  • 少许咖喱叶
  • 辣椒
  • 1盒牛奶/烹饪奶油
  • HEXA 黑胡椒粒
  • 炸粉

 

烹饪方式:

  1. 首先,把鸡米花沾上鸡蛋和水,再来是炸粉,把所有已经裹上炸粉的鸡米花放入一个容器中,关上盖子摇晃均匀。
  2. 然后,在平底锅加热黄油,爆香大蒜,小辣椒和咖喱叶。
  3. 加入牛奶/奶油。
  4. 接下来,加入HEXA咸蛋酱并搅拌均匀。
  5. 加入HEXA黑胡椒粒
  6. 然后,加入用面粉炸过的鸡肉。
  7. 搅拌直至酱汁粘稠。
  8. 浓郁可口的咸蛋鸡准备上桌啦!
