Salted Egg Cereal Prawn

Indulge in the finger lickin’ Salted Egg Yolk Prawns! They’re fried until crispy then coated using a creamy yolk sauce. In a gorgeous golden crust, they’re here to impress with more flavour and extra crunch!

 

RESIPI SALTED EGG CEREAL PRAWN (kakakfaa)

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  • 8 ke 10 ekor udang

  • 1 sudu kecil Paprika Powder @hexafood

  • garam secukup rasa

  • 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit

  • 1 sudu besar tepung ubi

  • 1 cawan minyak masak

  • 2 sudu besar butter

  • 3 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)

  • 3 biji cili api merah (hiris)

  • 2 tangkai daun kari

  • 2 sudu besar Salted Egg Sauce Powder @hexafood

  • 2 sudu besar nestum


Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Gaul rata udang, paprika powder, garam, kunyit dan tepung ubi. Perap.

  2. Panaskan minyak, guna api besar. Goreng udang. Jangan goreng lama, nampak dah garing terus angkat.

  3. Buang minyak, tinggal 2 sudu je dalam kuali.

  4. Panaskan butter dalam kuali yang sama. Tumis bawang putih, cili api dan daun kari guna api kecil. Tumis sampai garing.

  5. Masukkan salted egg dan nestum, kacau sebati sampai berbuih. Masukkan udang. Kacau sampai semua garing dan rangup. Tutup api.

  6. Siap dan sedia untuk dihidangkan!

黄金咸蛋麦片虾

 

所需材料:

    • 8 10 只虾
    • 1 茶匙辣椒粉@hexafood
    • (调味)
    • 1/2 茶匙姜黄粉
    • 1 汤匙红薯粉
    • 1 杯食用油
    • 2 汤匙黄油
    • 3瓣大蒜(切碎)
    • 3 条红辣椒(切片)
    • 2 根咖喱叶
    • 2汤匙咸蛋酱粉@hexafood
    • 2 汤匙燕麦

 

准备方法:

  1. 首先,将虾仁、辣椒粉、盐、姜黄粉和红薯粉混合均匀并腌制均匀。
  2. 热油,用大火。炸虾仁直至金黄酥脆。
  3. 然后,把油倒掉,在锅里留下 2 汤匙油。
  4. 在同一个锅中加热黄油。用小火爆香大蒜、辣椒和咖喱叶直至微焦。
  5. 接下来,加入咸蛋粉和燕麦,搅拌均匀至起泡。加入虾。翻炒均匀并熄火。
  6. 香喷喷的咸蛋麦片虾就做好啦!
