Salted Egg Crunchy Macaroni
Bahan-bahan diperlukan:
Rebus:

4 1/2cwn Air

2sk Garam
-
4sb Minyak Masak
-
2cwn Makaroni
Goreng;
-
2sb Tepung Beras
-
2sb Tepung Jagung
-
Minyak Masak (goreng tenggelam)
Salut;
- 1 1/2sb Salted Egg Sauce H(EXA Salted Egg Sauce Powder Premix)
- 1/2sb Garlic Powder (HEXA American BBQ & Steak Spices (4 In 1)
- 1sb Chili Flake (HEXA British Table Seasonings (4 In 1)
- 1/2sb Gula Halus
Cara-cara menyediakan:
1. Rebus:
Didihkan air, masukkan garam, minyak & makaroni. Rebus sehinnga ala dante. Angkat & toskan
2. Goreng;
Salut makaroni dengan tepung beras & tepung jagung. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga makaroni garing. Angkat dan toskan minyak
3. Salut;
Makaroni siap digoreng dicampur salted egg sauce, garlic powder, chili flake & gula halus. Sebatikan.
4. Siap
TIPS; jangan goreng terlalu gelap. Bila dah mula bertukar perang tu kacau sentiasa sebab dia cepat je gelap, nanti makaroni agak keras
*Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara

香脆咸蛋通心粉
所需材料:
水煮:
- 4 1 / 2 碗水
- 2小匙盐
- 4大匙食用油
- 2杯通心粉
油炸:
- 2大匙面粉
- 2大匙玉米粉
- 食用油
撒粉:
- 1 1 / 2大匙咸蛋酱(HEXA咸蛋酱预混料)
- 1 / 2大匙大蒜粉(HEXA美式烧烤和牛排香料(4合1)
- 1大匙辣椒粉(HEXA英式调味料(4合1)
- 1 / 2大匙细沙糖
烹饪方式:
水煮:
- 将水煮沸,加入盐,油和通心粉。煮至刚刚好熟透,提起并搁置在一旁。
炸:
- 把面粉和玉米粉抹均匀在通心粉上。加热油并炸至通心粉变脆。提起并沥干多余油。
撒粉;
- 把通心粉和咸蛋酱,大蒜粉,辣椒粉和细砂糖混合混匀。
- 香酥脆的咸蛋小零嘴就完成啦!
提示:不要把通心粉炸得太黑。当它开始变成棕色时,记得时刻翻炒,以防通心粉炸过头,而变硬。 * 存放在密封的容器中*
