This Southern Shrimp Gumbo is the perfect mix of spices, fresh vegetables, sausage and shrimp! It is a true Louisiana meal that can be served any time of year! The combination of ingredients can be completely tailored to your tastebuds. It is best served over rice and takes patience to really deepen the flavors!
Shrimp Gumbo
Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

1 sudu besar butter

2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)

1 biji bawang holland (cincang halus)

1 batang sosej (hiris serong)

2 biji lada besar hijau (hiris) lagi sedap guna capsicum
-
7 biji tomato ceri
-
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
-
2 cawan air
-
1 sudu besar sos cili
-
2 sudu besar sos tiram
-
1 kiub ayam
-
1/2 sudu kecil HEXA Habanero Chilli Powder
-
Basil & Parsley (HEXA HALAL Italian 4In1 Herbs Series)
-
1 helai daun bay
-
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
-
5-7 ekor udang
-
nasi panas
-
sedikit hirisan daun bawang
Cara-cara menyediakan:

Panaskan butter dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih dan bawang Holland sampai layu.

Masukkan sosej, lada besar hijau, tomato ceri, masak rata dan tambah tepung gandum, gaul sampai garing.

Masukkan air, sos cili, sos tiram, kiub ayam, HEXA Habanero Chili, Basil, Parsley dan daun bay, Kacau dan perasa dengan garam dan gula.

Biarkan mendidih, masukkan udang, biar sampai semua bahan masak, tutup api.

Hidangkan dengan nasi panas, taburkan sedikit hirisan daun bawang atas nasi.

Gumbo 南方香料雜燴湯!源自於美國南方的料理,香料雜燴湯裡有滿滿的鮮蝦、煙燻香腸和燉蔬菜,熱騰騰的淋在飯上,是非常適合窩在溫暖的家裡好好享用的一鍋料理喔!
鲜虾杂烩浓汤
所需材料:

- 1 汤匙黄油
- 2瓣大蒜(切碎)
- 1 粒荷兰洋葱(切碎)
- 1 根香肠(斜切)
- 2 个大青椒(切片)
- 7 颗樱桃番茄
- 1 汤匙面粉
- 2 杯水
- 1 汤匙辣椒酱
- 2 汤匙蚝油
- 1 颗鸡精块
- 1/2 茶匙 HEXA Habanero 辣椒粉
- 罗勒和欧芹(HEXA 清真意大利4In1 香料系列)
- 1 片月桂叶
- 盐和糖调味
- 5-7 只虾
- 热米饭
- 青葱
准备方法:
- 在平底锅中加热黄油,爆香大蒜和荷兰洋葱至有香气。
- 加入香肠、大青椒、樱桃番茄,煮熟后加入面粉,搅拌至收汁。
- 加入水、辣椒酱、蚝油、鸡精块、HEXA Habanero 辣椒、罗勒、欧芹和月桂叶,搅拌并加盐和糖调味。
- 煮滚,加入虾仁,让所有材料煮熟,关火。
- 与热米饭一起享用,在米饭上撒上少许青葱。
