Yukgaejang (Spicy Korean Beef Soup)

Hearty and comforting! This soup is smoky, spicy, and rich, with healthy hunks of sliced beef, that has a great depth of flavor. You won’t need anything other than a bowl of rice for a completely satisfying meal on a cold winter day. In Korea, Yukgaejang is also popular as nourishing soup that helps fight the summer heat.

 

RESIPI YUKGAEJANG (SPICY KOREAN BEEF SOUP)

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  • 500 gm daging

  • 1 inchi halia (hiris)

  • 1 biji bawang besar (potong 4)

  • 2 ulas bawang putih (hiris)

  • air secukupnya

  • 2 sudu besar minyak bijan

  • 2 sudu besar Korean Chili Flakes @hexafood

  • 1 sudu besar Jjampong Powder @hexafood

  • 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)

  • 1 kiub ayam

  • 2 pokok daun bawang (potong panjang)

  • 1 biji bawang holland (hiris)

  • 1 paket enoki mushroom

  • 2 sudu besar kicap

  • garam, gula & blackpepper secukup rasa

  • 2 biji telur (dipukul)

Hiasan:

  • hirisan daun bawang

  • bijan

Cara-cara menyediakan:

  1. Rebus daging, halia, bawang besar & bawang putih hiris sampai empuk. Tutup api. Perasakan sedikit garam, buar sampai agak sejuk.

  2. Keluarkan daging. Simpan air rebusan. Carik-carikkan daging. Ketepikan.

  3. Panaskan minyak bijan, api kecil je. Masukkan bawang putih cincang, Korean Chili Flakes, dan Jjampong Powder. Kacau sampai garing. Api kecil je ya, nanti hangit.

  4. Bila dah nampak garing, masukkan air rebusan daging, daging yang dicarik tadi, bawang holland, daun bawang dan enoki mushroom. Kacau dan besarkan api. Jika kurang air, boleh tambah air biasa.

  5. Bila dah mendidih, perasakan dengan kicap, garam, gula dan blackpepper secukup rasa. Kacau rata. Bila dah masak sekata, tutup api.

  6. Tambah telur, biar sekejap, kacau perlahan. Siap.

  7. Hidangkan dengan hirisan daun bawang dan bijan. Makan dengan nasi. Siap!

冷冷的下雨天,来一碗辣牛肉汤暖胃驱寒吧!牛肉炖得软烂入味,开胃爽口且不油腻, 滋味浓郁,鲜美甘淳,让人一口接一口。

辣韩式牛肉汤

所需食材:

    • 500 克牛肉
    • 1 英寸生姜(切片)
    • 1 颗大洋葱(切成4瓣)
    • 2瓣大蒜(切片)
    • 充足的水
    • 2 汤匙芝麻油
    • 2 汤匙韩国辣椒碎片@hexafood
    • 1 汤匙韩式辣海鲜汤粉@hexafood
    • 2瓣大蒜(切碎)
    • 1 个鸡精块
    • 2 根青葱(纵切)
    • 1 颗荷兰洋葱(切片)
    • 1包金针菇
    • 2汤匙酱油
    • 盐、糖和黑胡椒调味
    • 2 个鸡蛋(打散)
       

装饰:

    • 青葱
    • 芝麻

 

烹饪方式:

  1. 首先,将牛肉、姜、洋葱和蒜片煮至软。关火。加入少许盐调味,搅拌至微凉。
  2. 取出牛肉,并把刚才煮牛肉的汤汁保存起来。将肉切碎,放置在一旁。
  3. 小火把芝麻油烧热。加入切碎的大蒜、韩国辣椒碎片和韩式海鲜汤粉。搅拌至微干,全程小火,以免烧焦。
  4. 炒至微焦时,加入肉汤、肉丝、大葱、青葱和金针菇。搅拌并转至大火,若觉得汤汁太少,可以加入适量的白开水。
  5. 煮沸后,加入酱油、盐、糖和黑胡椒调味。搅拌均匀。待食材煮熟后,关火。
  6. 加入鸡蛋,静置片刻,慢慢搅拌。
  7. 最后,加入青葱和芝麻点缀。搭配香喷喷的米饭,一顿暖心暖胃的料理就准备好啦!
