ZUPPA SOUP (3-4 org)
Bahan-bahan:
- 2 sudu besar Mentega
- 3 ulas Bawang Putih
- 1/2 biji Bawang Merah
- 100g Dada Ayam (dipotong isi)
- 2 sudu besar Tepung Gandum
- 300ml Krim Tenusu
- 200ml Air
- Brokoli & Carrot (ikut citarasa)
- Lada Hitam @hexafood
- Lada Putih @hexafood
- Serbuk Perasa Ayam
- Jagung Manis
- 2 keping Keju Cheddar
- 3-4 keping Kulit Pastry
- 1 biji Kuning Telur (untuk eggwash)
- Biji Bijan Hitam & Biji Bijan Putih (untuk taburan)
Cara-cara menyediakan:
- Panaskan mentega dalam periuk. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sehingga wangi.
- Masukkan dada ayam, masak sehingga berubah warna.
- Taburkan tepung gandum ke atas dada ayam dan kacau rata.
- Tuangkan krim tenusu dan air ke dalam periuk. Kacau sehingga sebati.
- Tambahkan brokoli, carrot, lada hitam, lada putih, serbuk perasa ayam, dan jagung manis. Masak sehingga sayur-sayuran lembut.
- Campurkan keju cheddar sehingga meleleh dan adunan menjadi kental.
- Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C.
- Letakkan kulit pastry dalam bekas oven dan tuangkan campuran sop zuppa ke atasnya.
- Sapukan kuning telur di atas kulit pastry sebagai eggwash.
- Taburkan biji bijan hitam dan biji bijan putih di atasnya.
- Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 180°C selama 25 minit atau sehingga kulit pastry keemasan (bergantung pada oven masing-masing).

- 200毫升水
- 西兰花和胡萝卜(根据口味)
- 黑胡椒 @hexafood
- 白胡椒 @hexafood
- 鸡肉调味粉
- 玉米粒
- 2片切达奶酪
- 3-4片酥皮
- 1颗蛋黄(用于刷面)
- 黑芝麻和白芝麻(撒在上面)
制作方法:
- 在锅中加热黄油。爆香大蒜和红洋葱。
- 加入鸡肉块,翻炒至变色。
- 撒上面粉,搅拌均匀。
- 将鲜奶油和水倒入锅中,搅拌均匀。
